Structural Machines
Structural machines are designed for zone peening and blasting. The machine has a rectangular table that moves on a horizontal axis. The series of nozzles are pointed in a circle, providing multiple angles. The nozzles are mounted on a horizontal axis that is 90 degrees to the table axis. The nozzles also have a vertical axis for taller parts. A user-friendly computer program enables the machine operator to pinpoint the areas to be peened. Multiple shot delivery systems can also be purchased to allow for greater flexibility in process applications. Product Literature
